Orders and Payment
All orders placed with Zuleikawear are subject to acceptance and availability. Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed for delivery.
We only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method. Customers are required to pay in cash upon receiving their order. No other payment methods are accepted at this time.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days after confirmation and are usually delivered within 5 to 7 business days, depending on the location. Our delivery team may contact you to confirm the delivery time.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and have all tags and packaging intact.
Refunds for approved returns will be provided in cash only and will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us via email. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Zuleikawear is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased item.
